What discretion means in practice

Your travel plans go to one person — your dedicated concierge — and to the operator flying you. They are never shared with operators outside the booking, never used to enrich a third-party database, and never used in marketing creative or audience-building.

Who sees your data

• Your assigned concierge at BEONJET.
• The operator who is actually flying your trip.
• Service providers strictly required to deliver the trip (payment processor, hosting).

No one else inside or outside BEONJET receives your name, itinerary, or contact details.

Marketing

We never use a customer’s personal data — name, route, contact — in advertising creative or partner campaigns. Anonymised analytics tracking (page views, conversion counts) is used only with your cookie consent and only at aggregate level.

Security

• Lead data is stored in an encrypted database, accessible only to the concierge team.
• Communications happen on WhatsApp end-to-end-encrypted channels.
• We do not retain payment card details — payments are processed by certified third-party providers.
